Before beginning his career in finance, Bryan Jadot served for more than four years in the US Army. Stationed in Europe, he drew on his multiple missile qualifications to perform as a nuclear operations specialist. Bryan Jadot garnered a number of honors over his time in the military, including the Army Achievement Medal, the Army Good Conduct Medal, and the Army Commendation Medal. In addition, he was a member of a unit that received a Presidential Unit Citation.
Following his military service, Bryan Jadot gained admittance to California State University, Sacramento. On his way to completing a bachelor’s degree in economics and government, he earned both placement on the dean’s list and membership in the economics honor society Omicron Delta Epsilon.
Mr. Jadot proceeded to spend the next seven years in the San Francisco Bay Area. During this period, he brought his skills to Wells Fargo, Banque Nationale de Paris, and Silicon Valley Bank. In 2000, he relocated to Boston to serve Silicon Valley Bank as relationship manager of life sciences. In this role, he tended to the bank’s relationships with companies in the life sciences sector.
Bryan Jadot subsequently transitioned to Hercules Capital in 2005. Upon his arrival at the firm’s Boston office, he cofounded a life sciences practice that has gone on to become the most successful division in the company’s history. Today, he continues to lead the practice in his capacity as senior managing director of life sciences.
