Carnell Lee is an Atlanta-based entrepreneur who has spent the past five years serving as a franchise owner of the Glass Guru of South Atlanta, where he oversees glass repair installation across the metropolitan area. Since opening the franchise in 2014, Carnell Lee has overseen every area of the business, including developing marketing and business strategies, as well as managing glass installation experts and administrative personnel.

Throughout this time, Mr. Lee has worked on projects for both commercial and residential clients, leading projects from presentations through to completion. This process includes assessing the needs of a potential client and addressing any challenges that the project may face. This is primarily done through the recommendation and installation of a customized product.

In his role as franchise owner, Mr. Lee has consistently aimed to provide high-quality customer service, which has included meeting project deadlines to developing an agreed-upon budget with a minimal amount of hassle for his clients.

In his spare time, Carnell Lee pursues a variety of hobbies, including hiking, traveling and writing.
