An accomplished production manager in Cleveland, Tennessee, Carolyn Seale has spent nearly two decades working for Denso Manufacturing. In her position, Carolyn Seale draws upon extensive experience with Toyota Production System principles to guide lean manufacturing processes across the company. Additionally, she oversees business aspects such as human resource development, productivity improvement strategies, and profit and man-hour targets.
Carolyn Seale attended the University of North Carolina, Asheville, earning a bachelor’s degree in industrial and engineering management before moving to Cleveland, Tennessee, to begin her career. Since joining Denso Manufacturing, she has helped her location earn substantial industry recognition, including being honored as an “Excellent Factory” champion five times.
In addition to her managerial position with Denso, Ms. Seale frequently creates and delivers business presentations related to processes within the company.
