Being able to serve Chico as a Real Estate Broker is rewarding and challenging at the same time. I thrive off of working hard and finding a win-win solution for both parties. I moved to Chico over 15 years ago and started working with a small developer of single family homes. In addition to the construction experience gained, I managed 35,000 square feet of commercial offices which provided the skills of building maintenance and property management. All of this experience serves me well in my desire to be a top agent in commercial sales and leasing.
