A film industry executive based in Vienna, Virginia, Carter Boehm has executive produced several films and has several more in the works. He founded Ponderosa Films in honor of his father, and in just a few years, has established the company as a promising up-and-coming studio. In 2017, Carter Boehm and Ponderosa Films produced the film Broken Ghost, about a family who moves to Montana to escape their past, and is currently working on Robert the Bruce, a story of the famous King of Scots.
Alongside his career in film production, Mr. Boehm is a successful real estate developer. As co-founder of the HC Land Development Company, he has helped develop more than $150 million in raw land, creating finished lots and entitlements.
Mr. Boehm studied film and television at Montana State University. Outside of work, he maintains membership in organizations such as the Honor Flight Network, which organizes the transportation of United States military veterans to Washington, D.C., to visit the area's numerous war memorials.
