Cary Glenn is president of Main Beach Realty, a residential and commercial real estate firm he established in 2001. While leading the firm, Cary Glenn has developed more than 50 properties across Southern California while generating more than $300 million in revenue.

Before his real estate career, he attended the University of Arizona and earned a bachelor of science in economics. Following this, he worked with General Electric, where he initially served as a sales associate before becoming regional marketing manager and senior manager of national accounts.

Over the following decades, Mr. Glenn held leadership roles with organizations such as Genlyte, where he was director of marketing and manufacturing before he was promoted to vice president of sales, a role he also held with Cooper Industries.

In 1992, he established Southern California Illumination, where he served as president for nine years before selling the company to found Main Beach Realty.
