The recipient of a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Texas, Cary Meadow subsequently earned a juris doctor (JD) from the University of Southern California Law Center, where he was a Dorothy Wright Nelson Distinguished Scholar. Upon completing his JD, Cary Meadow began working as an associate attorney with Hill Wynne Troop & Meisinger and soon after held positions with progressive responsibilities at Miramax Films and Telemundo Network.
From 2001 to 2008, Cary Meadow served as head of mergers and acquisitions at K1 Ventures, LTD., where he was responsible for the private equity investing of assets under management in excess of $1.5 billion. Transactions he helped facilitate during that time include Teco Transport, Gas Company of Hawaii, and Knowledge Universe, the latter of which was a for-profit education holding company.
After serving six years as chairman and CEO of Channel Investment Advisors, Mr. Meadow took on the role of executive chairman and CEO of Patriot Environmental Services in 2014. He continues to hold this position, while also working as chairman and CEO of the Los Angeles, California-based investment enterprise Grade 6 Oil, which primarily focuses on the energy and infrastructure industries.
