Cedar Tree Clinic was founded on the personal vision of Dr. Linda Huber, who is passionate about supporting clients who are struggling with functioning in the home, school, or community. Dr. Huber has dedicated her career to helping individuals and families improve their social, emotional, and behavioral well-being as well as partnering with school-based organizations to optimize their potential.


Dr. Linda Huber, Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Nationally Certified School Psychologist (Tennessee and Illinois license), earned her Ph.D. in School Psychology from Northern Illinois University. Dr. Huber has conducted extensive research in the area of adolescent anxiety and has experience in both the clinical and school setting. She has intensive training in the treatment of children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing difficulties with emotional, social, behavioral, academic, and psychological functioning. She has worked with clients with anxiety, depression, selective mutism, school refusal, ADHD, autism, low self-esteem, intellectual difficulties, and multiple disabilities. She has extensive experience conducting psychoeducational and psychological assessment, working on complex cases, and consulting with multidisciplinary teams.

Dr. Huber specializes in treating autism and anxiety and utilizes an eclectic approach based on the client's needs. She has received training in Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Social Thinking strategies, and Social Skills building. Now offering TELEHEALTH Assessment and Therapy in Tennessee and Illinois.
