The recipient of a bachelor's degree in communications, Chad Kluemper began his career as a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and later worked briefly as an aerospace manufacturing quality inspector for Precise Metal Products, where he was responsible for measuring and analyzing aerospace parts. From 2008 to 2012, Chad Kluemper worked for American Express in various roles, including as a financial crimes investigative analyst and commercial relationship manager.

In March 2012, Chad Kluemper joined Honeywell Aerospace as a licensing analyst and in 2014, after earning a master's degree in organizational leadership from Gonzaga University, was promoted to senior licensing manager. Among other achievements in this role, he obtained more than $55 million in operating income across all aerospace business units within three years and helped reduce audit cycle time by 70 percent. Since 2017, Mr. Kluemper has served the company in the capacity of a senior program manager for its integrated supply chain. Beyond his pursuits in the aerospace field, he maintains a healthy lifestyle through his participation in CrossFit and by cooking nutritious meals.
