A real estate professional with a career spanning more than a decade, Chad Link has owned three separate real estate companies and helped more than 1,200 clients buy or sell their homes. In 2014, Chad Link founded Elite Properties, a Lacey, Washington, firm that guides clients in the purchase and sale of residential real estate properties.

In addition to working directly with clients, Mr. Link recruits and trains new brokers and maintains compliance with all real estate laws. Under his leadership, Elite Properties employs more than 30 brokers and has listings in Puget Sound areas such as Puyallup, Tacoma, Silver Creek, and Olympia.

A lifelong resident of Puget Sound, Mr. Link graduated from Curtis High School in University Place before attending the University of Washington in Seattle. There, he earned a bachelor of arts in law, society, and justice. When he is not working, he enjoys engaging in a wide range of physical activities, including baseball, surfing, football, and skiing.
