Mr. Rountree is regarded as an energetic problem solver, who is well versed at cultivating an atmosphere of associate and client enrichment. As a result of his broad knowledge and experience in start-ups, he has become a well recognized team builder and respected leader!

In May 2005, Mr. Rountree founded PDC Unlimited Corp. and began focusing on real estate investment, holdings, and consulting throughout Florida. As an added layer of benefit to his clients, Mr. Rountree co-founded Lightning Capital Title to provide title insurance to purchasers and lenders of commercial and residential real estate.
