A resident of Brooklyn, Chatise Thomas has extensive experience at some of America’s leading companies as an executive assistant. She worked six years with financial company American Express Inc., three years with insurance firm MetLife, and one year with media company Rainbow Media. At each of these firms, Chatise Thomas worked closely with an executive, organizing and prioritizing tasks while facilitating the executive’s involvement in various company departments such as human resources and finance.
At Rainbow Media, Chatise Thomas supported the senior vice president of acquisitions and programming as well as the vice president of legal and business affairs. She scheduled meetings, screened calls, arranged domestic and international travel, and created daily correspondence and memos for senior staff. At MetLife, Ms. Thomas supported the president of the International department and chief of staff, while at American Express, she worked alongside the senior vice president of human resources for OPEN, Credit Card Services Group, AXPi, and Membership Rewards. Today, she consults with startups, providing guidance in a range of operational and financial areas.
Chatise Thomas studied business management at Long Island University. She is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint together with IMS Databases, CTO, XMS, SAP, and HTML.
