Chelsea Herring is a real estate professional as well as the founder of Magnolia Consulting Co located in Orlando, Florida. Chelsea began her career as a realtor during her time she gained the experience needed to be considered a trustworthy figure in her region. During this time, she was approached by a title insurance company about pursuing a new path as a real estate coach. Chelsea chose to take this opportunity to delve deeper into the business side of real estate, eventually founding Magnolia Consulting Co.

In her role at Magnolia, Chelsea is able to hold consultations with her clients - many who are real estate agents - and help them identify the gaps in their business so they can fill them. These meetings also give Chelsea the ability to prove how valuable both her and Magnolia's services are.

Outside of Magnolia, Chelsea Herring can often be found pursuing her own real estate-related endeavors, such as purchasing a vacation home with her husband in Homosassa, Florida which they've used as a way to make passive income. With the success of their first vacation home, Chelsea and her husband chose to go a step further and buy a plot of land on the water so they could build a new vacation home from the ground up. Despite the many challenges that came with this endeavor, construction wrapped before mid-2019, which was perfect for the vacation and tourist season.
