Chris Childers founded Allstate Renovations in 2004 and has been involved in countless projects across Kansas City and Sacramento. In Chris Childers’ role as Allstate Renovations’ president, he oversees all of its operations, including obtaining and maintaining licenses.

Focusing on multi-family housing renovations, his projects typically include dry rot repairs, the installation of new windows, and even complete complex repaints. With the company, he has developed multiple long-term relationships with clients while also becoming adept at finding new customers.

Chris Childers has also worked outside of Allstate Renovations. Previously a foreman at B and B Construction, he spent over a decade with the firm. He started as a general construction worker before working his way up. While there, he gained extensive experience in all aspects of the construction process, alongside all relevant building codes.

Mr. Childers subsequently joined Straticon as a project manager. Over the following five years, he would juggle several projects simultaneously while ensuring that each project had the appropriate supplies and subcontractors.
