Chris Flouhouse of Charlotte, North Carolina has a long history of giving back to the community.

He remains actively engaged in community and philanthropic efforts through membership in multiple organizations. Mr. Flouhouse belongs to the Cornerstone Committee for Teach for America and supports the Freedom School. Chris has also been a longtime supporter of the Charlotte Sports Foundation through his work on the Leatherheads Committee which is the organizing and volunteer committee to support college sports in Charlotte, NC. In addition, he formerly held positions on the board of directors for the Young Affiliates of the Mint and the Dilworth Community Association. Chris’ love for philanthropy was sparked by in 1998 when he rode his bicycle across the Unitied States for the annual Journey for Hope fundraiser to raise funds and awareness for individuals with disabilities.

Chris Flouhouse holds a degree in business management from North Carolina State University.
