For more than a decade, Chris Maddaloni has owned Atlantic Personnel, Inc. located in Hilton Head, South Carolina. He deals with the daily operations of the regional full-service employment firm, which offers services from Myrtle Beach down to Jacksonville, Florida. Under his guidance, the company has grown to employ over 350 people. Due to his efforts, Chris Maddaloni was named one of the top 20 business owners in Beaufort County, South Carolina.

Chris Maddaloni belongs to the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and holds pending memberships with the South Carolina Staffing Association and the American Staffing Association.

In his spare time, Chris Maddaloni enjoys traveling. He has visited multiple cities overseas on trips to watch the Summer Olympics. In addition, he loves going to the beach, boating, and exercising, particularly doing Bikram or "hot" yoga. He also follows sports, especially professional and college football and basketball with an emphasis on Philadelphia-based teams. An animal lover, he owns two cats and two dogs.
