An alumnus of James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia, Chris Manfuso graduated cum laude with a bachelor's degree in finance and completed one year of study overseas at the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia. Chris Manfuso has worked in the healthcare sector since graduating and currently serves as president of the Charleston, South Carolina-based Physician Ancillary Management, which he founded in 2013. The company provides management services of ancillary programs for private physician practices. These programs include durable medical equipment, healthcare screenings, and urine toxicology.

In running the national organization, Chris Manfuso oversees day-to-day operations relating to sales, finance, and human resources. Over the past three years, he has achieved a customer retention rate of nearly 100 percent and has undertaken actions that have led to revenue growth above 300 percent. Beyond these responsibilities, he regularly attends industry conventions and conferences.

Mr. Manfuso enjoys spending his free time with his two young children. He also enjoys outdoor activities such as surfing, boating, fishing, and skiing.
