Chris began his real estate career in 2005 when the Real Estate market in Central Florida was booming. He gained experience in various facets of Real Estate, including investor relations, financing and property management. Chris has been involved in the financing of countless Real Estate transactions, including residential, commercial and investment properties.

Sharing knowledge about the ever changing Real Estate market became a passion of Chris’. As a result, Chris began to write and publish articles to educate current and prospective clients on the information that he felt the common layman needed to successfully buy, own, and sell Real Estate. Chris has been a featured columnist in 5 nationally recognized monthly financial publications, including Wealth Advantage.

Chris’ passion for helping both individuals and businesses evolved into business coaching pursuits, and the development of Janico Enterprises, an organization focused on personal and professional coaching for individuals and businesses. Chris worked with new and successful Real Estate investors, helping them to build a sustainable Real Estate portfolio as a business venture.

Chris relocated his family from Central to North Florida in 2014. Due to the numerous requests from past and current clients to represent their Real Estate transaction needs, Chris obtained his General Real Estate license. Chris joined Roundtable Realty in November 2017 as he shared the values that Roundtable espouses, People before Profits. Chris saw the value in being able to work as a Single Agent with his clients. This allows him, in a sales role, to continue the education and development for both homeowners and investors.
