Christopher, the owner/operator of LunaGrown Jam, spent much of his early career in both the front and back end of the restaurant/bar business, with his focus on management and culinary art.

He has a Masters in Preserving from Cornell Cooperative Extension and is working to acquire his Better Process Control Certification from the University of California. He retains license with the EPA (Universal License)

He is a retired singer/songwriter with four CD's released World Wide. His spare time is focused on agricultural studies, website development and his dogs.
