An accomplished financial analyst who has shared his expertise in interviews on CNBC and hundreds of other media outlets, Chuck Grom currently serves as a managing director in the New York City offices of Gordon Haskett Research Advisors. He oversees a range of economic research initiatives in the broadline/hardline retail and supermarket industries. Before assuming this position in February of 2017, Chuck Grom covered the broadline/department store and supermarket sectors for CRT Sterne Agee. At Sterne Agee, he ranked among the top five company producers in an internal sales force survey for three consecutive years.
Over the course of his 20-year career, Chuck Grom has also held management positions with Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan. He got his professional start as a commercial auditor with Arthur Andersen.
Outside of the professional arena, Mr. Grom is a member of his local lacrosse program, Chatham Lacrosse. He also enjoys getting outside to run, play golf, and surf.
