I've been told I have a natural talent for sales, but I have always said that everyone is in sales. It was how I made my living for more than half of my career, and I genuinely love it. I am open to any opportunities to generate new business, even if it doesn't involve meeting a personal sales target. My previous role at Workiva allowed me to explore my interest in marketing and also allowed me to create educational content, which I've always found really enjoyable.
