Ciro Dapagio

A Crime TV Show to Look out for - Silent Partners

Self Employed

Ciro Dapagio is a star on the rise. He is best known for his portrayals of tough men who don’t stop until they get what they want. After the success of the award-winning series The MobKing, Ciro Dapagio started work on another crime TV show - Silent Partners.

The series follows “Fat Dave” Iacovetti, a captain of the fictional Gambino crime family, and it depicts life on Miami’s streets back in the 80s. The series is based on real events and characters, and similar to Mr. Dapagio's The MobKing, is set in southern regions of Florida. What happens when an insurance company partners with a rogue mobster?

Dapagio is a producer, and also portrays Valentine, one of the lead roles. Garry Pastore plays “Fat Dave” Iacovetti, the series main character. The cast also includes Joseph D’Onofrio as Dave Iacovetti Jr., Nick Vallelonga as Arturo Mazzi, and James Russo as Frankie Cutts. Jokes Yanes, who also worked on The MobKing, is the series’ director, while J. Bishop wrote the screenplay.

The majority of the first season was filmed in Florida, though some scenes were shot in Scotch Plains, New Jersey.
