The operations manager of Rose Management in New Lenox, Illinois, for 12 years, Constantino Poulakis plays a key role in property management, acquisitions, and international business. A resident of Homer Glen, Illinois, Constantino Poulakis’ expertise helped the firm become known as one of Chicago’s 500 fastest-growing companies.
Mr. Poulakis transitioned to property management from a career in security and law enforcement. At the Dayton Hudson department store chain, he took responsibility for loss prevention and scheduling employees. He was one of the company’s youngest managers.
Moving into police work, Mr. Poulakis joined the Orland Park Police Department as a community service officer, handling parking citations and backing up other officers. He became a full-fledged officer in Palos Park, where he was honored as a “Top Cop” for 3 consecutive years. He also received a Medal of Valor.
Taking his experience to the federal level, Mr. Poulakis became a narcotics agent for the U. S. Customs Task Force in 2006, aiding in the seizure of some 10 tons of illicit drugs.
Mr. Poulakis’ educational accomplishments include graduating ranked in the top 10 at the Cook County Sheriff's Police Training Academy. A skilled race car driver, he was certified to compete in the Ferrari Challenge Rossa Course in Daytona Beach, Florida. He is also a licensed private pilot.
Mr. Poulakis enhances his community by supporting people in need, especially children. He was honored for his dedication by the mayor of Phoenix, Illinois. In his spare time, he enjoys golf and family vacations.
