Dr. Constantinos Constantinou is a vascular surgeon with MidMichigan Health in Midland, MI. He began his career with a medical degree from Akademia Medyczna in Warsaw, Poland, then completed a general surgery residency at Athens General Hospital in Greece. In 2003, Dr. Constantinos Constantinou, now of MI, relocated to the United States to accept a research opportunity in surgical critical care and trauma surgery.

Dr. Constantinou completed his US residency in general surgery in the Geisinger Health System in Pennsylvania. During this time, he published several articles in peer-reviewed journals, including the American Journal of Surgery and the Journal of Vascular Surgery. He also presented at regional medical conferences such as the Southeastern Surgical Congress.

Dr. Constantinou completed his residency in 2010 and went on to a vascular surgery fellowship at Case Western Reserve University in Ohio. He then accepted an invitation to become an assistant professor of vascular surgery at the Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine at Marshall Universtiy, where he served for five years. After a subsequent period as an assistant professor at Harrington Heart and Vascular Institute, he accepted his current role in the spring of 2018.
