Being aware of mental health issues at work makes the work place a more safe and happy enviroment for all. New Foundation Counselling was formed by people who work in the construction industry who recognised that there is a lack of help for the men in such a stressful job. Mental health in construction was vastly overlooked so we took it on ourselves to help those who greatly needed our support with dealing with the stresses of life.
