Attorney Craig Kowalski has been practicing law since 2002, when he entered public service as an assistant district attorney with the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office. He began as a district court prosecutor, and in 2006 became a superior court prosecutor. Craig Kowalski served as chief of drug prosecution, homicide team prosecutor, and senior trial counsel. In these positions, he managed a heavy caseload from investigation to trial. He conducted all wiretap investigations for the office and responded to homicide scenes. Additionally, he maintained responsibility for the supervision and training of more than 60 prosecutors. In 2007, he earned a special achievement award from the New England Narcotic Enforcement Officers Association, and in 2005 he was elected Norfolk County District Court Prosecutor of the Year.
In 2018, he joined Nuttall, MacAvoy, and Joyce P.C. as an attorney with a focus on special education and general education law matters. He holds a JD from Boston College Law School and an MA in higher education administration from Boston College Lynch Graduate School of Education.
