A longtime resident of St. Louis, Missouri, Craig Nowotny graduated from the city’s Chaminade College Preparatory School before matriculating at St. Louis University to study for his bachelor of science in business with a concentration in marketing. He went on to spend two years as a sales representative with the Mantek Corporation and two years as an executive recruiter with the manufacturing industry employment firm Christopher & Long. For the past three decades, Craig Nowotny has recruited specialized manufacturing, operations, and engineering professionals as the general manager of Arthur Wright & Associates.

Outside of the professional arena, Craig Nowotny is an avid boating and yachting enthusiast who holds active membership in the Duck Club Yacht Club and sat on the Club’s board of directors in 2014. In addition to completing several boating trips up the Mississippi, through Chicago, and into Lake Michigan, he has journeyed further to traverse the waters around the Bahamas and the Virgin Islands.
