Property management, Tourism and Hospitality executive Dan Fenton earned his bachelor's degree at the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University, where he placed in the top five percent of his graduating class. He spent the early years of his career with AMFAC Hotels & Resorts, starting as an assistant food and beverage manager and quickly working his way up to general manager. For the majority of his career, however, Dan Fenton served as the chief executive officer of Team San Jose, a management company that oversees properties such as the San Jose Convention Center.

Throughout his career, Daniel Fenton has established himself as an industry leader in a number of markets in the United States. Currently a partner with Strategic Advisory Group, he advises on more than $31 billion in projects including ballparks, hotels, stadiums, commercial and mixed-use projects, and convention facilities. In addition to handling asset management and economic development, he possesses a wealth of experience with tax increment financing and transaction due diligence.
