Throughout his career in property and casualty insurance, Daniel G. Hickey Jr. has leveraged a keen business acumen to drive growth and build strong relationships with clients. He focuses on sizable high-end commercial insurance companies and has built a particular knowledge of the general liability needs of construction entities. Daniel Hickey Jr. currently leads as CEO of Roosevelt Road Capital Partners, the Hotaling Group, and Tradesman Program Managers, all of which he has expanded through targeted strategic initiatives.

Daniel G. Hickey Jr. spends much of his free time giving back to his community. He has served as varsity position coach for the football team at Our Lady of Lourdes High School, where he worked with running backs and linebackers, and has served as vice president and head football coach for the Hudson Valley (New York) Knights youth team. In all of his coaching endeavors, he has prioritized the personal development of players and reminds them that they can reach any goal they set for themselves.

Daniel Hickey also leads the Eileen Hickey Holiday Dinners, a tradition that has been active for 35 years in New York's Hudson Valley. Today, the program prepares and delivers holiday meals at Thanksgiving and Christmas, thanks to the hosting of Marist and Vassar colleges. Each holiday, the program serves 2,000 guests.
