A senior financial executive with extensive experience in quantitative analysis and asset/risk management, David Bookstaber has worked in a range of high tech industries. For the past three years, he has provided financial engineering consulting and acted as an interim chief financial officer/chief operating officer through the independent consultancy Boniface in Paoli, Pennsylvania. David Bookstaber formerly performed quantitative research and development with both AQR Capital Management and Magnetar Capital. He has also co-managed the FrontPoint Quantitative Fund, which was acquired by Morgan Stanley.

On a pro-bono basis, David Bookstaber served on a budget advisory working group of Tredyffrin Township, where he resided. Over six months in 2009, this team of seven volunteer experts conducted a comprehensive study of Tredyffrin Township’s services and operations to discover ways to reverse its $2.7-million structural deficit. Mr. Bookstaber and the rest of the team identified more than $4 million in budget savings and nearly $2 million in non-tax revenue enhancements.
