University of Arizona alumnus David Gintz obtained a bachelor's degree in finance from the school in 1999 and subsequently launched his own investment company. David Gintz has since garnered nearly two decades of investment and project finance experience in the real estate sector through companies such as Metropolitan Development Group, Jenning Development, Guild Mortgage, and JR Staedler Construction.

Since December 2019, David Gintz has served as manager and director of acquisitions and finance at Cedar and Sage Homes, LLC. Based in Suncadia, Washington, the development company offers affordable turn-key custom living solutions in the Pacific Northwest.

Complementing his experience in real estate, Mr. Gintz holds a Northwest Multiple Listing Service real estate agent license and Washington State Department of Labor and Industries general contractor license. He has been listed in the Pierce County 40 Under 40 and has offered guidance to young people through the Youth Services of Kittitas County Mentor Program. His hobbies include snowboarding, hiking, and mountain biking.
