A longtime resident of Cresskill, New Jersey, David Kushner leverages significant business experience to guide the operations of Paradigm Capital Group, LLC. Through Paradigm, he focuses on providing commercial property bridge loans and has handled a number of major transactions. One such transaction involved a first-mortgage refinance of an industrial site in Southampton, New York, which David Kushner arranged with the backing of his Cresskill team. The refinance made it possible to undertake vertical improvements that would maintain the property’s commercial viability while servicing existing debt.

Additionally, Mr. Kushner played a key role in a $17.5 million recapitalization and pre-development financing deal for a 78-acre site located in Boca Raton, Florida. This deal allows for the construction of more than 900 apartment units, according to zoning property permits. The proposal submitted to municipal authorities also made allowances for office and retail space in addition to a hotel.

When not working, Mr. Kushner enjoys playing golf, which he does throughout the country. He formerly functioned as the president of Alpine Country Club. To give back to the community, he supports Englewood Hospital and Medical Center and JDRF.
