Drawing upon nearly two decades of experience, David Musselman is a divorce mediator who manages and trains a staff of fellow mediators and serves as lead mediator in high-conflict cases through Common Ground Divorce Services of Utah. David Musselman founded the company in 2004 and has contributed to its success and growth via the design of proprietary software and programs like the co-parenting crisis management software, divorce cost calculator, and alimony buyout calculator. He also created Utah's first post-divorce trauma coaching program.

Earlier, while serving as owner of Divorce Mediation Institute of Utah, he created the Divorcetec mediation software and established the state's first flat fee-mediation process. He began his career as an arbitrator in business contract disputes at Musselman Bradley and Cross, where he successfully arbitrated more than 300 disputes over a 6-year period.

Mr. Musselman holds an advanced post graduate certification in mediation and bachelor's degree in communication from the University of Utah. Outside of his professional endeavors, he enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and participating in water sports.
