David Risk is a pharmaceutical professional with over fifteen years of experience in the industry. He is the president and CEO of Woodward Pharma Services (WPS), where he is responsible for providing services to a wide range of clients.

In his time with WPS, Mr. Risk has overseen a variety of activities, including helping to launch multiple generic pharmaceutical products while also achieving sales growth across a range of distribution channels. He also helped lead a management consulting project for a multinational pharmaceutical company, with WPS being responsible for the commercial integration of over 30 of new products from an acquired company.

Mr. Risk launched WPS in 2015 with a focus on offering sales and marketing strategies for start-up R&D companies as well as international pharmaceutical companies looking to enter the US market. Previously, he was President of Amedra Pharmaceuticals and Lineage Therapeutics, both of which were based in Horsham, Pennsylvania.
