David T. Ball lives in Texas, where he is an active member of the Dallas community through his support of Crawl for Cancer and his participation in Urban Dare events. In 2013, David T. Ball and his cousin Robert Smiley finished seventh in an obstacle course race similar to CBS-TV’s The Amazing Race. The following year, Mr. Ball won the event with his friend and roommate James Hansen, and the duo finished second in 2015.

An avid traveler, Mr. Ball has visited multiple countries for work and pleasure. In the summer of 2015, he traveled to Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and four cities in India. In 2016 alone, he spent more than 200 nights in hotels.

Mr. Ball holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. In his free time, he volunteers at nonprofits such as Crawl for Cancer, a fundraising organization that supports research and treatment for people affected by cancer.
