Located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, David Joseph Simard is a real estate development and construction consultant. Throughout his career, David has found ways to incorporate his experience and education in each venture he's taken.

Simard is a university of Windsor graduate where her studied industrial psychology and history/international relations. David also attended the prestigious Michigan State University where he graduated with Bachelors degrees in industrial psychology and history and international relations. He also received his Juris Doctor from MSU.

While in school, Simard stumbled into the real estate industry with a part time job. David realized that he loved the work and studied to become a broker and once he was licensed, he moved into real estate development.

David's real estate career led him to the international real estate industry where he has consulted for Fortune 500 companies and managed multi-million dollar projects keeping them on schedule and under budget.

In his free time, David Joseph Simard enjoys snowboarding, skiing, hiking, and other outdoor activities. David can also be found at wine tastings at some of Vancouvers top wineries.
