Dennis Darling is a Stamford, CT executive who recently held responsibilities as vice president, real estate, at Hudson's Bay Company. Over a five-year period, Dennis Darling oversaw a wide range of developments, acquisitions, and dispositions, and managed the equity and debt financing process. Dennis Darling also oversaw joint ventures and strategic M&A that enabled significant projects to go forward.

The transactions Mr. Darling successfully completed included a $2 billion HBC privatization effort that encompassed 83 real assets across the continent.
