A professional administrative coach and academic classroom educator, Dr. Don Peden has a doctorate in instructional systems technology from Indiana University in Bloomington. His career history in executive training includes tenures with Productivity Point Global/New Horizons Learning Centers and Resources Global Professionals in Florida. Dr. Don Peden currently works as an independent performance trainer and consultant with several South Florida-based corporations. He specializes in developing and implementing leadership development training and coaching programs to senior executives from the public and private sectors while focusing on achieving a balance between physical and mental well-being.
Dr. Peden is also an experienced classroom instructor who holds lifetime teaching certification to teach grade 6-12 biology and chemistry through the Kentucky Department of Education. Since July of 2019, he has augmented his independent executive training work as a teacher of biology and environmental science at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in the northern Fort Lauderdale suburb of Parkland.
