An experienced anesthesiologist and pain specialist, Dr. Daniel “Dan” Kendall employs a range of state-of-the-art treatment techniques as a staff physician with National Spine and Pain Centers. Working out of the National Spine and Pain location in McLean, Virginia, he has earned a reputation as a Washington, DC-area leader in fluoroscopic-guided procedures such as epidural nerve blocks and radiofrequency ablation. Before assuming his current position in 2004, Dr. Daniel Kendall instructed anesthesiology students and completed fellowship training at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. He also completed a residency in anesthesiology at Northwestern University and a traditional rotating internship at New York City’s Lutheran Medical Center. Dr. Dan Kendall earned his doctor of osteopathic medicine from Midwestern University’s Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1999.
Outside of the professional arena, Dr. Kendall likes to get together with other recreational athletes to play softball and basketball. He also enjoys golfing and snowboarding.
