Celebrated urogynecologist and experienced laparoscopic surgeon Dr. Debra Ravasia presides as the Medical Director of Women’s Health Connection in Spokane, Washington. Through her private office, Dr. Debra Ravasia provides a full range of obstetric and gynecologic services, including issues concerning the bladder and the pelvic floor. Women’s Health Connection endeavors to create a comforting atmosphere, and Dr. Debra Ravasia respects the personal health decisions of every patient, customizing treatments for each individual situation. In addition, Dr. Debra Ravasia provides aesthetic procedures through Ajuva Medical Spa such as Botox, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser liposuction, VASER body sculpting, Fraxel, Thermage, and intense pulsed light (IPL) treatments. Dr. Debra Ravasia also oversees Ajuva Medical Weight Loss, which provides essential mentorship in the healthy loss of excess weight and has helped more than 500 individuals keep off a significant percentage of their body mass.

Dr. Debra Ravasia holds a Bachelor of Science and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Saskatchewan’s College of Medicine, where she earned a Lindsay Medal for Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as a Canadian Society for Tropical Medicine and International Health Scholarship. As a resident at the University of Calgary, Dr. Debra Ravasia received two Clara Christie Awards for Best Resident Research Presentation as well as honors from the Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada and the Association of Professors of Obstetrics and Gynaecology of Canada. Dr. Debra Ravasia remains heavily engaged in research efforts and currently lends her expertise to projects concerning anemia, vaginal dryness and pain, urinary incontinence, and menopause. Actively involved with her professional community, Dr. Debra Ravasia maintains memberships in American Medical Association, the American Society of Bariatric Physicians, the National American Menopause Society, and the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

When she is not practicing medicine, Dr. Debra Ravasia enjoys skiing, hiking, and spending time with her husband and their four children. Dr. Debra Ravasia is also deeply involved with her local community and supports a number of charities, such as Amnesty International, Friends of KSPX, the Susan G. Komen for the Cure, and Head Start.
