With two decades of experience working in education, Dr. Kelvin Griffin is the principal of Arlington Christian School in Fairburn, Georgia. Serving the school since 2019, Dr. Kelvin Griffin oversees plans for fiscal and educational resources.
He has also partnered with several local four-year universities and technical colleges to create the school’s first dual-enrollment program. By enhancing teachers’ mastery of core subjects, he has helped to further student achievement. He augmented this in part by utilizing technology initiatives.
Dr. Griffin has also worked with Destiny Achievers Academy of Excellence, where he spent three years as principal. While there, he increased graduation rates among students and represented the school before the community.
During this time, he was involved in several of the school’s key initiatives. In 2018, for instance, Dr. Kelvin Griffin developed a partnership with the Wheel of Dreams Leadership Program. The program provided students with college readiness and entrepreneurship classes, among others. He also helped the school receive several grants.
