Dylan Nathaniel Quint attended high school at Iowa City High School in Iowa City, Iowa, where he excelled in the classroom and played both football and soccer. Before graduating in 2011, he received a number of academic accolades including multiple Presidents Excellence Awards and an Outstanding Honors Award Certificate. Dylan N. Quint also held high school jobs as a supermarket cashier and a self-employed landscaping professional with the firm, A Little Off the Top.

Mr. Quint subsequently matriculated at the University of Iowa, studying industrial engineering and completing three internships in the food processing/production sector. He also worked his way through school by installing carpets with Randy’s Carpets and selling building materials with Menards.

After graduating with his bachelor of science in 2017, Dylan Quint relocated to Oak Creek, Wisconsin, to accept a professional promotion with Menards. As an assistant manager of building materials, he manages a team of 10 employees and handles store operations that range from delegating corporate-assigned tasks to conducting customer project estimates.
