Abel Arcia draws upon more than 25 years of experience in handling complex state and federal criminal matters, deportation cases, and construction accident cases. E. Abel Arcia started the firm in 1995 as a solo practice and has since expanded it to include more than a dozen attorneys and legal assistants. Prior to establishing the firm, he served three years as an assistant district attorney and prosecutor with the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office.
E. Abel Arcia has primarily protected the rights of immigrants throughout his career. He has helped thousands of immigrants from Asia, Europe, and South America obtain legal status in the United States and has also obtained tens of millions of dollars for clients, many of whom are “invisible” illegal aliens injured in construction accidents. Supplementing his professional pursuits, he holds membership with the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the New York State Bar Association, among other law organizations. Mr. Arcia received his juris doctor degree from Loyola University at New Orleans School of Law and holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Auburn University.
