.Ed Vergara works as vice president of investments at Marcus & Millichap, a real estate investment services company with interests in the commercial market. Ed Vergara has diverse experience with regard to deal development, due diligence, management, and investment sales, and possesses broad knowledge of the commercial real estate market in his state. Recently, he coordinated with buyers and sellers on the sale of an apartment property on a 5,590-square foot lot located near interstates 980 and 580 in Oakland, California. In March of 2016, he oversaw the sale of a multifamily property on a thirteen-acre lot in Alameda County valued at $41 million.

Prior to serving as vice president of investments at Marcus & Millichap, Ed Vergara worked as associate vice president of investments and co-headed an investment group within the firm focused on commercial and multifamily real estate in Greater San Francisco. A member of the California Bar Association, he holds a juris doctor from the Santa Clara University School of Law.
