An experienced real estate investor and lender, Edward J. Stock serves as Managing Partner of Insula Capital Group, which he established in 2016 to serve as an origination and underwriting vehicle for commercial and residential investment loans. Insula raises capital from a managed pool of investors to fund short-term bridge loans nationwide. Since developing his investment portfolio in 2011, Edward James Stock Jr. has acquired and sold over $60 million in REOs, and distressed properties.

In addition to managing his own investment portfolio, Edward J. Stock has served as President of the commercial correspondent lender and mortgage brokerage firm Atlantic Commercial Capital since 2009. In this capacity, he oversees all aspects of lending, marketing, underwriting, and deal placement structure for the firm's extensive selection of commercial loan products. He also serves as Executive Vice President of Business Development for Atlantic Home Capital and holds membership with the American Association of Private Lenders. His resume also includes positions with Apex Mortgage and Dana Funding as well as seven years on Wall Street.
