Dr. Elaine Rosa is an accomplished licensed clinical psychologist who holds a Doctor of Clinical Psychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She has more than 15 years of professional experience in the fields of public and institutional health and wellness that began with positions as a social worker and an outpatient therapist in Philadelphia. Most recently, Dr. Elaine Rosa served as a psychologist at Kern Valley State Prison in Delano, California. In this position, she was in charge of one-on-one and group therapy programs for a prison population of level-4 inmates.

Dr. Rosa is also an experienced reserve military soldier who currently serves as a First Lieutenant/Transportation Officer with the California Army National Guard. Before settling in California in the early 2010s, she served eight years with the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. She also completed logistical/Transportation Corps officer training at Fort Lee Army Base in Virginia.
