With a Ph.D. in education from the University of California, Berkeley, Elnora Webb is the CEO and president of Signature Solutions Corporate Results, a consulting firm based in Oakland, California, that helps clients with executive coaching, strategic planning, and partnership services. She comes to this position with years of experience as a leader in the world of higher education. Elnora Webb most recently served as executive vice chancellor for the Peralta Community College District, based in Oakland, where she also concurrently functioned as district chief academic officer and the chief student services officer. During this time, she oversaw all aspects of academic and student affairs, including policy development and multi-campus coordination.

Previously Elnora Webb served as president of Laney College in Oakland, where she focused on enhancing the school’s institutional relevance by enhancing the commitment to student access and success. She also oversaw the development of new technology infrastructure that enabled the college to offer hybrid and distance learning. She previously served Laney College as Dean of Humanities, Language Arts, and Social Sciences, and she held positions at Stanford University and Contra Costa Community College District.
