A manufacturing executive with more than three decades of experience, Eric Haertle is the president of J Pharmaceuticals, a company he founded in Brookfield, Wisconsin, in 2014. In the role, Eric Haertle works with clients from individuals to drug chains to identify new product opportunities with strong sales potential.

Under his leadership, J Pharmaceuticals has produced multiple over-the-counter formulations for entities in the private label industry, including five varieties of eye drops that are “Made in USA.” To share his experience in the manufacturing industry, Eric Haertle also provides consulting services.

Outside of the office, Mr. Haertle is active in his community. He is a member of the
Divine Redeemer Lutheran School & Church, and he has coached the church’s 8th-grade boy’s basketball team. In 2018, he led the team to the state and national championships. He is also a youth basketball coach and an assistant boy's varsity basketball coach at Lake Country Lutheran High School. He holds a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
