With a bachelor's degree in photo illustration from Rochester Institute of Technology, Eric Jacobson is a Cranford, New Jersey-based photographer with more than 25 years of experience. Focusing primarily on the food and perfume industries, Eric Jacobson operates his own studio, through which he has worked with notable clients like Givenchy and the Museum of Modern Art. He made creative use of painted backgrounds and lighting to shoot perfume bottles and other products for the former and played a key role in redefining its image.
In addition to operating his own studio, Eric Jacobson has worked in a creative capacity at an Apple, Inc. store in Edison, New Jersey, since 2010. During this time, he has taught more than 20 classes on the company's products and software and was part of an award-winning team that helped develop ongoing relationships with customers.
Mr. Jacobson has been able to evolve his photography in line with technological advancements and is technically and artistically proficient with Phase One and Canon digital systems. He is also versed in programs like Photoshop, Aperture, Lightroom, and iWork.
