An accomplished manager, Erwin Cablayan has more than 25 years of experience in the field of healthcare. Erwin Cablayan joined Healthcare Management Systems in San Diego in 1995, and today he holds executive authority over all the company's health service operations. As CEO, he has performed restructuring initiatives and overseen the acquisition of multiple long-term care facilities.
In addition to his work at Healthcare Management Systems, Erwin Cablayan serves as an administrator focused on performance development and quality at The Bradley Gardens. Some of his accomplishments include refining operations of an Alzheimer’s wing, leading an interdisciplinary team comprised of 10 of the senior living environment's departments, and creating performance incentive programs to motivate employees utilizing a collaborative vendor strategy.
In 2015, Mr. Cablayan became the director of East Asian operations for First Cause, an international nonprofit committed to leadership development and ethics. He also sits on the board of directors of Vetrest, an organization that assists veterans experiencing post-traumatic stress (PTS).
Mr. Cablayan has been studying Italian since 2009, and as such has adopted Italian as his second language.
